this is as crazy as it gets, or rather as desperate as it gets
an insolvent company is going to merge with a barely solvent company to try and make money out of two gold mines both of which so far have proven to be unpayable and you would not even bother trying to do this without $10million in the back pocket.
as Sir Ronald Arthur Irish ( who knew a thing or two about business) said many many moons ago ,and words I have never forgotten
"Nothing can protect fools from their folly"
I bought a tiny parcel to test the water but after reviewing the 2019 financials realised these guys are stuffed... except there may still be fools out there to fleece.
