I don't agree with all the negativity and No vote. I do know we are being ripped off, however the alternative is very risky and dire IMO. I have also spoken to Brett and as a majority minority shareholder is if there is such a thing, think that Brett in lots of ways can be unshackled through this process and add value for remaining shareholders.

Brett was brought in by the last board and was most likely limited in his ability to change the company. since then it seems he has removed a lot of costs including Louis which is positive and hopefully he will change the fortunes of the remaining shareholders.

my opinion is to give Brett a go as I see him as a breath of fresh air and maybe can get value back to our share price.
