Louis and rod would have gone anyway as there is nothing to do, so imho Brett so far has done nothing.
look at Brett Clark track record and you will see no previous success
why should we trust Brett Clark when he says a this is the best outcome for minority holders b let him run the company, when we have no credible information to either trust or believe him.
