IMO my theory is
..what has happened here is that Farouk and Calvin have come on board, used all Avenira’s company funds to pay for Senegal, milked us dry and then offered to bail us out by turning over the asset for a pittance. Oh and don’t forget ...graciously forgoing their loans.
Don’t forget who they are!! These are also board members of some pretty global major phosphate players and avenira just got majorly played!
Whatever profit is left over will just prop up and payout the current board members for their support.
Absolute joke...what was a promising board and asset base is now looking real shakey.
If novaphos is due to float on either the nasdaq or nyse then we aren’t even going to see any profit from the 7% we own in that. I would love to know what that is worth right now if sold?
Don’t forget mine makers donated millions to support the jdc in start up phase.
