Since he wasn't employed by MIN anymore and not a substantial shareholder, he was free to sell his shares and he did.
He is not in the top 20 anymore, this can be checked at page 114 of the Annual Report, meaning he has less than 350.000 shares for sure, most likely sold them all.
Regarding the resignation announcement saying that he would stay supportive of the company and has no plan to sell his holdings, well, that was a lie.
That and the Mount Marion precisions about water and utility issues most likely contributed to the selling as it was the only 2 new things I found in the report.
