The impairment is because they made a purchase believing that company would produce milk formula which they didnt, so they wrote if off? Noticing alot of negative sentiment when nothing has changed from what people already know haha. I smell something fishy in the air, like people wanting a lower entry point. Dont get caught with your pants down when the NEW news comes out. All IMO.
