i tend to agree, but very poor form on clarity. (and perhaps just oversight on annual report was written in early draft or something)
Odds on, i would say expired means that.
CR for funds sufficient to execute exploration/ feasibility may make rational entry level.
Quarterly may give some clues.
Otherwise, nice little gold asset.
