At the end of the day - the number of people they have and the class of their offshoring operations means jack all.
They have made ~500-600k per year for the last few years while spending ~3-4m.
That should be all you need to look at. The products and services were simply not good enough to either attract or retain customers.
I am curious to know how much your Company made up of their revenue. Sounds like you are the only happy customer over the years.
