Hey WB, Happy to take the conversation off line, in relation to the CBA I have mellowed my thoughts recently, I think the power of hindsight is a wonderful thing and I believe the opportunity that the CBA presented was unique in the offshoring space, and I will give kudos to Management for persevering and getting it to the point that they were happy to engage in a pilot program. I believe there was a real willingness by the CBA to develop the Intiger solution for their internal advice arm, however the winds of change in the industry changed this completely, so in some ways we were defeated by the timing after developing a solution that gained the approval of the bank. My only point on this was that the biggest casualty of all of this was the first class offshoring business that had been set up. People who we had worked with for a number of years were gone in the space of a day,
