    My biggest concern is that the offer is 6c but the SP is well below it. And there are shares available to buy cheaper than 6c. I think this might be indicating a lack of confidence in AJM and the SP reflects that. IMO when the SP suddenly starts picking up and buying volume returns in a meaningful way, then positive news isn't far off.
