I'm not trying to burn your toast, but unfortunately, none of that matters much at present.
The TO price for FAR is whatever the top shareholders would be willing to accept.
That's pretty much it.
However, I am not convinced that we are done quite yet... much remains in the mix, and everything/anything is in play.
Buy, sell, or hold... and just sit back.
