I think they are getting ahead of themselves with the pay rises, which should take place after they are in production, not now, but I can understand why they are eager to reward themselves, especially in an environment where they can set their own salary and benefits, because basic human greed will dictate that they'll take as much as they can get away with. I wish I'd been in a job where I could set my own rate of salary, I probably would have tripled what I was worth, and more. So this is just what they are doing at the moment. However, I want to now see them earn it, and for them to make their pay rates reflective on the share price.
