    not sure but they waited a long time to do that because the 0.3 buy have over 100 mill shares for a while.

    We are a long way away from testing as the drilling is scheduled to be complete this week and it RC drilling so no core. This means there is no there is no visual indicator apart from the shade of the samples so i don't think its insider trading.
