I don't believe you will be able to do that, to me it sounds like a firesale to get rid of the associated costs, hopefully get enough cash to see them through to Advangen profitability. There may be an equity swap for cash in the offer??
A CR will only be worthwhile if they can shake the AFR off with good growth figures from their new distribution channels.
