During the year $25,000,000 options were issued to brokers that assisted with raising capital.

I hope they didn't give 25 million bucks of options to brokers and the "$" is a mistake. But to give $500K to brokers (in options) when the revenue is $2.19M represents nearly 25% of revenue. Who proof read this?
