Why is this important? James Fraser likes ADVANCED projects. He a major holder of Mali Lithium, which recently acquired the US $20m Barrick Gold-Anglo Gold mine Morila. Mali Lithium started as a James Fraser play known as Birminian Gold ($BGS), he is very well connected with major gold developers.

What I'm thinking by that statement "immediate value for shareholders" sounds like an advanced project rather than a raw tenement that requires exploration and with the recent shift of Mali Lithium to Gold once again, James Fraser may be seeking an advanced gold project for Kopore.

The action at the close today was also very smoky, suggesting something is imminent. In addition to the very prospective Copper ground held in Botswana that is in demand by majors, an advanced gold project will give Kopore a serious re-rate.
