Personally, I would just take Morgans' analysis with a grain of salt. Morgans were recommending adding ATL at $1.30.

My cost basis now for ATL is $0.35 so I'm fortunate to be in the green with this investment considering I started buying this at $1.30, $1.00 levels.

In regards to the debt, this isn't a bank debt tied to the equity of the company. It won't bring the company down. Most of it is floor plan financing and finance leases. I'm not sure if Morgan understands the difference.
