You are guessing about a placement and potentially giving people the wrong idea in the short term. The reasons the stock is here is the same as 80% of the other gold stocks. The gold price retraced, flippers wont wait, sentiment changed, volume dries up, dodgy desk rat rode the stock down and others followed. It has nothing to do with a placement. Take a re-read of the annual report and see who owns the stock and options. Why would management want to water the stock down at a discount when they have choice at the moment.
