The broker pricks want their discount and management will pay them 6% for the hard work in raising (maybe some free options as well )
It’s the way it is down this end of the swamp
Presentations usually proceed a raise
Get it over and done with (is that 3 or 4 cap raise’s so far this year? )
Then you watch it run
