You don’t want anyone else in charge of the company than the person who has built it this far. Jimmie’s got a lot of talent to build a highly profitable company to this level. I don’t want the reigns in anyone's hands but him. He’s also got huge skin in the game, holding huge portion of the company. All he needs to do is build the business. That will speak for itself. The rest is fluff.
