We should pay our Geo for his work this year, and the other Directors should be entitled to the two weeks of work they did this year as well. We should be sub-leasing our rented office space to people who would like to use it to do some work; at least then we could be making some money on it.
Next year we will mine about enough to cover directors fees, but no more.
