    Thanks Rhazzle but I seriously doubt they have started mining. When have they ever met their estimated timeframe? Early October means that it will definitely happen later than early October which means not this year IMO. My guess is that their is no announcement because there is nothing to announce.

    I just received a correction from BoM to say it's actually the highest daily October rainfall in 79 years.
