At least the bag holders now know why it was tanking hard on high volume today after the recent pump and possible distribution of shares.
How well-timed that bad news is after 153m sold within a few days of the 150m placement!
I guess no escrow on those placement shares to see if the excess gets the AGM votes. I guess it is likely a done deal.
The thing I think is missing from the AGM is a resolution to change the name to "Come In Spinner Limited"
