During the year the Group worked to complete the acquisition of a Technology based company, however the transaction did not proceed for a number of reasons including the difficulties of COVID-19.

Hmm interesting, wonder what tech type company they had their eye on. In any event, sounds like they have switched back to look for some mineral exploration venture which is preferable IMO given the current climate. Will have to secure something soon though, that cash balance ain't gonna be around forever at the rate wages are being paid
