    I find the ones for "Raw Materials" and "VSPC" of real interest. Reducing raw material commitments to under $1M basically means no significant drilling. Just a few spuds here and there, but not enough to define a resource.....as I suspected.

    Also the note on VSPC is interesting.....keeping costs down. I wonder if that is gross or net R&D rebate
