    What's defined as "raw materials" ? I saw this as manufacturing consumables across the business. As for VSPC capped at $130K month basically equates to being dormant for 2021. Battery Collections >250MT - going to need one hellova lot more than that !!
    Anyway with around $250K cash bonus on offer betcha the "announcements" will be flying out the door faster than free beer.
