I also get a bit concerned when I get into the top 20? I'm the majority of BNP nominees.
This is not a great look. Other than Paranoid, can someone point to insiders owning a substantial amount of stock (not including options)? 3.85% of shares outstanding by an insider is not a substantial amount. Owning 18.5 million shares, most of which were given for free, is also not very comforting.
Outside of options, where are the Director's? Where is our Chairman?
We have a top 20 of mom&pop retail investors. Whilst I have supported Paul as he developed his strategy, this is a cause of concern for me and contemplating selling.
