im pretty sure ady had to pay off some convertible note loans back in early October , they didnt have the money , it was like 3 million , the loan was due to be paid it said on their financial statements ,

i was expecting some sort of suspension coming for ady, it may still come

they desperately need another investor and quick ,

sdl had more iron in the ground and that has taken years , absolutely f..k ages .

now i belive sdl is going under , again they are searching for partners after long time considered deal fell through, they will probably be deslisted shortly
