Thats disgusting, and us shareholders bear the brunt of that. How do we unwind that transaction or transactions?
It is absolutely ludicrous that agreements like that have been made with conflicts of interest a real certainty. Fiduciary duties of a director spring to mind and this reeks of a very foul smell.
