Did not realise ASM has a loan from ALK of $114 million. This must be the money spent by ALK for research property purchases etc. It will be interesting when ALK will request this back. I suspect it will only occur when ASM is much further down the track and they are cash flow positive.
I wondered about the time and money they had spent prior to the spin out.
