Imho you need to learn to open annual reports, find and quickly scan 5 to 10 pages, and then decide whether to read further. Not hard to get the essence in 10 minutes or so with a little practice.

80% of those 106 pages will be boiler plate or notes to the accounts, stuff only for the thorough reader. Usually there will be a bit of a summary of the report near the front.
