bankroet ... I would assume that your line of logic itself fits into the idea of guessing a singular direction of MGV even though multiple scenarios could unfold. I am sure they are working toward their own processing facility & simultaneously talking thru other scenarios like MGV being a t/o prospect, toll treating surface ore etc. That is just logical.
