He is too busy counting his dollars, but he shouldn't be that busy, because he can't be worth $800k.......

I did a quick look at some ASX contemporaries (MDs), and RXL is a $127m market cap (mc):

Sam Riggall CLQ mc $246m salary $435k (not a goldie but much larger mc)
Dan Clifford AMI mc $458m $412k (AMI are profitable producers + explorers)
Paul Criddle MZZ mc $73m $306k
Mark Zeptner RMS mc $1.74b $550k (Ramelius are mid tier gold producers)
David Reeves CAI mc $187m $240k (CAI similar resource to RXL but currently well
advanced toward mining and plant)

Alex and RXL are not presently in the same league as some of the abovementioned, and $800k is well beyond what he deserves, unless he has something amazing up his sleeve.

But I haven't seen anything recently to support his high rewarding wage. I live in hope, but even if RXL were doing considerably better $800k is way more than Mark Zeptner is getting over at Ramelius...........draw your own conclusions.
