It's appropriate, as I've unfortunately come across some individuals in listed companies who appear to treat retail holders with disdain or 'lip service'.
Mr Millner certainly does not. If you prefer, I could use the word 'empathetic', meaning 'sympathetic to and in touch with smaller holders'.
