Australia materials market is booming...
US just reported some strong building numbers and also record prices for building materials such as timber
we have industrial reit that is doing very well
heaps of land banking
just look at performance compared to csr... we have underperformed for the past year but Bkw is a much diversified and stronger company
the value discrepancy between sol and Bkw is getting funny now
I think it will be above $20 by end of the week
I’m expecting some strong numbers and also strong outlook...
