...my point i was trying to articulate, is that the wording would appear a fait accompli - no mention of if contracts get executed/may get executed - rather it's happening !!

I'd expect something relatively soon and for those long term SH's - myself included who have worn some pain - what with spod prices recovering, general sentiment to the sector more positive as demand increases, certainly feels we've turned a corner !!
