    Genuinely not trying to be smart ass here but you're valuing the company at 40c a share, acknowledging you have not factored in any multiplier to future earnings nor any intrinsic value to its IP?

    Out of curiosity, can you share names of other stocks that meet your criteria or fair value? I am genuinely interested if such stock exists.
