I'm no chartist, but it certainly looks as though this is getting ready for a breakout. Combined with decent vol, SP inching in the right direction seems as though accumulation is occurring. Add the growing interest in bvlos/drones (thinking Ark), bullish twitter feed/ podcast and 21st Apr looming... is it game on?
