Agreed with the risk to the downside. Though I would argue, with type certification awarded, that's only the first domino to fall. The TC would (should) bring a flurry of orders for companies looking to leverage off of an already approved FAA component. Elsight have said they have ramped production capacity post cap raise - surely this is pre-emptive, why ramp production without somewhat of a pipeline? And at time of writing a ~300k unit order sitting @51c. If approved this could attract the attention of insto money - that would be a game changer, it's looking like an asymmetric play.
