The Company reports the following status of the DX definitive feasibility study: • The planned diamond drilling was completed within the schedule and the company is awaiting assay results. • Geo-mechanical testing of samples by Agapito Associates Inc. (“AAI”) is complete and the test report is expected in Q2 2021. • Creep tests at the Institut fur Gebirgsmechanik laboratory in Germany are completed and results have been received in March 2021. Kola Sylvinite Project • Discussions continued with a number of potential funding partners who have indicated potential interest in financing the Kola project. • In addition, the Company continued dialogue with engineering and construction companies with the capability to conduct further optimisation of the Kola design and capital cost.
