The devil is in the detail.
Why give a blow by blow, all dated, sequence of events leading up to the acquisition?
This is an unnecessary addition to the report for them to announce unless they see some good reason for it.
This is the first time we have heard from AJM as to the happenings up to the
" acquisition"
There are plenty of red flags to think there was collusion between parties, and now in print.
I will send them on, to add to my referenced complaint to ACCC.
