great pick up.
looking back over Stefano's previous tweets and past announcements from the last couple years there have been little hints about Total, Linde, United states Development Finance Corp, IDC EPCM And SAIPEM . It does make sense that funding could possibly come from one of them.
Im only speculating here but that would be huge. An announcement like that could get the SP moving much higher.
