The upcoming AGM which starts at page 177.
In particular the SAR 2021 Plan. Portion 1 to 4 mentions the SP reaching ex before can be exercised, a much fairer approach than awarding only the top and levelling the bottom on their prior KPI scheme.
Page 181 Resolution Number 5, Options etc. some very fair conditions to existing shareholders are included there as well.
Take a look at the exercise price for at SP value and escrow period. Very impressed with this methodology of KPI incentive.
