Sneeky way of getting another month. Must have got an extension for AGM at last minute. I haven^t checked ASIC lodgments to see if they lodged a requst since mid October. Otherwise directors get fined and we shouldn't pay that. 7 months to orgsnise an AGM with the Covid extension was enough, considering the financials were done ages back.
