I hope for the likes of yourself & other LTs that there's a rocket not too far away.

TSI has the long term debt of $14.5, but I think that's come down in recent times. From the very little available information, they look like they are having a decent go at making it work.

Keep an eye on GF. Over at PG1 he has relinquished the Chair and put a local Queenslander in. He is also stepping away from executive duties, with the intention of focusing on the sales channel. Sounds like he wants to head home in due course.
