All I know is that we may have a pretty big compliance issue coming up. ASIC granted a 2 month extension for an AGM. That would make it 31 October for March balancers like us. There is meant to be 28 days notice, so how I cannot see how they manage that. Also, we have yet to get the ATO ruling. They really need to pull their finger out IMO, as it all isn't really that hard to stay compliant and we pay a company secretary to ensure we do.
