Look at the 15 billion in projects they have on the books waiting to go. Costs have been cut.
Business is growing.
They are a cyclical company. its the bottom of the cycle for energy.
As the world opens and energy increases their projects will start and the push for renewables WOR is also staged to take on that as well.
