HT8 leverages all the major marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay to avoid paying astonishingly high marketing fees to the likes of Google and Facebook alike. There is an also a cost involved in this, in fact, good question from you because this explained why their marketing cost is almost at 0% of its revenue. My understanding is that HT8 uses FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) when selling on Amazon, so the seller fee includes cost of freight as well. The fees are at 7.8% of the total revenue, so if this included all the fees that HT8 pays to all marketplaces, then it is not bad, isn’t it? I remember that they also said that the platforms take care of bank fees and fraud chargers etc. Well, there is a no free lunch when selling on these platforms, but at least this is more efficient in my view.
