Anyone can say anything they want mdp50 , it's a free world.

I was simply saying to Tobias to be aware that if one says or implies on a public forum that the MD of a publicly listed company is purposefully taking detrimental action over a period of time not in the interests of it's shareholders , then one may be stepping into slippery territory legally.

It is one thing to say the company's SP has performed poorly for xyz reason , totally another to say it has been done on purpose by the MD. After all , it is not unusual for people to bail leading up to a CR then buy in at a lower price .

But I'm no lawyer so take it or leave it , do what you wish .......... just sayin and GLTAH .
