This will get taken over too within a few years.

There is a company called Redcape Hotel Group, ASX RDC that operates hotels similar to ALH. They are delisting as reckon cannot get fair SP. Would seem like an ideal takeover target for EDV but they don't seem interested in something they can replicate easy by leasing/buying hotels.

EDV have been acquiring fast delivery services Jimmy Brings for retail & Shorty's for businesses. DW8 with their superior fast delivery service & the whipped cream B2B Market/DTC on top is very enticing & an excellent fit for them. Bevchain & Metcash will also be interested parties.

We may be EDV or MTS holders in a few years with dividends. Logistics & liquor markets both have significant M&A activity.

In the meantime, the DW8 Chairman mentioned:

"The Company in a strong liquidity position and has the resources to execute its vision. We continue to consider a range of merger and acquisition opportunities. The key principles that must drive these is that they will either add value to our customer experience and/or drive efficiencies and scale in our core business."

Onwards & upwards for the business regardless of what the SP is doing.
